Fire your worst customers. Get rid of staff with negative attitudes– they know it’s coming and your other staff will be relieved.
* Trim your product offerings to just 2-3 things, instead of saying you do everything.
* Stop taking speculative meetings or allowing people to “pick your brain”– you do this for a living.
* Go on an information diet– just like pigging out at the buffet isn’t good, neither is reading too much advice.
* Empty your inbox to zero each day, which forces you to do what you can with today, instead of borrowing from tomorrow.
Have Fabulous Day Folks:)
